We all complain.  Whether about something or someone; we all complain, and we’ll continue to.  In the healthcare arena where expectations are often high and patience runs low, complaints come especially easy.  This post from Peter Lucash over at the Medical Practice Business Blog takes a look at some of the most common complaints by patients about physicians, and by physicians about patients.
