		<description><![CDATA[<p>OK, it&#8217;s not exactly a healthcare example I have here, but I had to share <a title="Idaho teacher sells advertising space on tests" href="http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090325/ap_on_re_us/school_advertising" target="_blank">this &#8220;out of the box&#8221; idea from Yahoo News</a> that one teacher came up with when faced with the reality of the economic stress placed on even the smallest of budgets &#8211; in this case, paper for the classroom.</p>
