Practice Analysis

Vantage Practice Analysis focuses on understanding your practice from every angle, and from the ground up.  Like investigators to the scene of a crime, we don't leave any stone unturned as we work with you to understand how your practice works, and what will make it successful.

During our practice analysis, we use a number of survey tools, worksheets, and interviews with your staff in order to paint the true picture of how your practice's financial and operational engines operate.  We look closely at financial reports, examine your systems and operations, and work side-by-side with key staff in order to understand your services, personnel, and clientele.

After coming to a full understanding of your practice, we document and present our findings to key management personnel and provide our recommendations regarding your practice based on objective criteria.
