This session will begin with a discussion of what a ‘brand’ is and why it is important in business. Following this, the link will be established between successful branding in consumer-based industries and the need for the same within private practice healthcare. We’ll discuss the specific changes within the healthcare industry that have elevated the importance of branding both of our practices and our industry as a whole.

We’ll make the distinction between ‘marketing’ and ‘branding’ and how each work together to communicate an effective message about your practice. Finally, we’ll touch on the elements of ‘brand promise,’ ‘brand clarity,’ and ‘brand architecture,’ and how these enable the development of a clear and consistent message that communicates to your audience the benefits found in your practice.
