Medical Billing

Vantage Practice Essentials™ includes our comprehensive Vantage Revenue Capture™ solution which manages your medical claims from start to finish using our cloud-based infrastructure and one of the best medical billing staff around. EMR Software

Cloud-based technology. To access your medical records, you will log into OfficeEMR™ -- a secure, cloud-based platform that works on the device of your choice. Whether using an iPad, iPhone, laptop, or desktop, your EMR will be everywhere you need it while meeting the strictest guidelines for healthcare IT, including full HIPAA compliance and CCHIT/ONC-ATCB certification.

Customized interface. When deploying OfficeEMR™, your solution will be like no other. Starting from a clean slate, our implementation team will customize your EMR experience around your documentation preferences rather than forcing you into an EMR "box" created by software developers.

e-Prescribing. With OfficeEMR™, you will reduce errors and pharmacy call-backs through electronic prescription submission to pharmacies throughout the United States. Visual alerts will allow you to quickly check medication contraindications, and you will save time by setting medication "favorites" by patient, office, and pharmacy.

Secure communication. OfficeEMR™ includes a secure messaging system which is fully HIPAA compliant and readily accessible by providers, office staff, and medical billing staff. Use of the OfficeEMR™ communication portal will allow you to add certain communications to the patient record, while keeping others separate and secure.

Integrated platform. OfficeEMR™ is a fully integrated solution, bringing EMR, patient scheduling, and claims management processes onto one comprehensive platform. The result is a seamless integration of clinical and administrative functions allowing for efficient office communication and rapid payment for services.

Patient scheduling. The patient registration and scheduling process is a snap using the OfficeEMR™ iScheduler, an integrated scheduling application which boasts a familiar look-and-feel, and the flexibility of customized views. Adding primary, secondary, and self-pay information is easy, and custom alerts can be added to flag specific needs by patient.

Document management. A paperless practice is made possible with OfficeEMR™, as you will easily be able to store and retrieve patient-related documents, images, audio, and video across all permissioned users. Use of this secure, cloud-based solution for document management prevents the chance of data loss and theft through redundant servers and daily backups.

Client hotline. As a Vantage Practice Essentials™ client, you will be provided with our Vantage Hotline number, providing you and your staff with priority access to a customer service representative who can serve you. With our service mantra of "two-rings-or-less," it is our objective that you feel served and supported on every single encounter.

Email hotbox. And if the Vantage Hotline isn't enough, you will also be provided with access to our email "hotbox" which gets priority routing to an account representative for email support. Through your own customized support email address, your inquiries will be quickly routed to the first available client representative that can assist you.
